I was going for a simple, elegant black and white card. sometimes these can be sooooooo tricky. I was not going to share this card since I really am not sure I like it. You cant see the glitter in the photo, but this is very sparkly. I am interested in your thoughts….

Jill,I believe you certainly achieved elegance! It is absolutely beautiful here I'm sure in real life its even more so!Great job!Connie
Hi Jill,The black and white is stunning and I love this stamp set (hard to believe it's on the dormant list) and when I clicked on the picture to zoom it I was able to see the sparkles quite clearly. Since you asked….My only thought was that instead of sponging the oval sentiment I wonder what it would look like with a black matted oval under it instead? And maybe a different positioning for the brad or using a clear Rhinestone since you already have the sparkle going with a tiny black paper circle under it for contrast? Either way It's a lovely card just the way it is. Nice to see the inside too. I tend to forget about making the inside as interesting as the outside. Thanks for sharing whatever your thoughts about the card. It's educational to see someone else's process. If you are thinking about a feature for your blog I'd love to see a sample put up with comments for design changes encouraged on a regular basis. I learn best when I see others good, bad, gorgeous and ugly projects and then to follow the discussion as people critique (nicely of course) or offer samples of their own version. Thanks for sharing so openly – JeanPS: I think the blogging word Gods think I'm french. I got a real word CHERI – LOL!
Thanks for posting this card…I LOVE it!
