Chipboard flower & the Grid technique

This is made with the center of the Chipboard flower from the Club card posted yesterday. I colored this small flower with a real red marker and then adhere the button with a small glue dot. this is then attached to a Die Cut Bloom (from the Occasions Mini– extended until June 30th) The leaves are made with old olive scraps and the paper crimper.

GRID TECHNIQUE: the whisper white panel is scored on a diagonal in both directions 1″ apart. I scored 1/4″ border around the edges. What a great technique!

Recipe:

Stamps: sentiment is from Papertreyink.com

Paper: whisper white, bashful blue

Ink:black

Accessories: chipboard, real red marker, button, striped ribbon, die cut blooms, scor-pal (you can use any scoring tool for this), paper crimper for the leaves.
