This is the card my club members will be making this month. it uses the soon to be retired Artfully Asian. I also though my club ladies would like to see a format different than a standard A2 card. Here are the basics:
The Kraft panel is mounted in the black card single layer base (A2 size). The belly band is adhered together with the seams in the front and back. I fold them around the card so they fit just right. Then I wrapped the white wide ribbon (non-SU) around the belly band with the seam to hide under the scallop ovals. I pierced the circles on the smaller kraft oval, then trace them with a white gel pen to create faux eyelets. If you don’t have a piercer, use a small nail on top of a mouse pad. The leaves on the flower stem are colored in black, flowers are colored with a white gel pen and the berries are colored with a real red marker.
Scalloped ovals were made with the nestabilities.
Stamps: Artfully Asian
Paper: Kraft, Black and white
Ink: Black
Accessories: wide Non SU white Ribbon, nestabilities, gel pen, markers, paper piercer, mat pack.
