There’s a NEW 3-d snowflake embossing folder over at Spellbinders called Flurry of Snowflakes. And it’s STUNNING! I have 3 cards to share.
First is the Pink and blue snowflake card. I brayered ink pink and blue distress oxide inks on the flat side of the folder. Carefully place your paper in the folder and run through your die cutting machine. The best way to use these 3D folder is with the NEW Spellbinders Universal Plate System.
I love the soft pink and blue of this card but next time I will use ink that is a few shades darker. I went with a small sentiment (die cut with Limited Edition Layered Stitched Diamonds Etched Die Set and reversed foiled) to keep the focus on the snowflakes. Watch my reel here:
For this next card I simply embossed a pink cardstock panel with the Flurry of Snowflakes and added a wink of Stella to the raised areas. Yes Spellbinder’s Universal Plate System is totally worth it!
The sentiment “Warm Wishes” is from the October 2022 Small Die of the Month kit and attached on a small panel of vellum cardstock. The silver embossed “I’m glad we are friends” is from Just Wanted To Say Collection Sentiments Clear Stamp Set. Here is a closer look:
Just for fun I had to make a scene with this Flurry of Snowflakes! With one of my favorite little gnomes!
That cute sentiment is from Dancin’ Holiday Sentiments Clear Stamp Set. Perfect and FUN!! and thats my favorite snow mound (or grass) maker: Color Block Scenic Scape Etched Dies.
