Now that I made the party invites for my daughter, I figured I best make the “some what” matching Thank you notes. Especially before I am totally sick of those ballerina mice. This is what I came up with, they are still pink and green.
I am trying to use some cardstock from my stash and clear out some of my older paper ( I am a major paper hoarder) so these invitations & thanks yous were the perfect excuse. 18 of these were made, mostly of the card on the right. My daughter colored the mouse on the left one, with exact brown and pink crayons to match a *real* ballerina mouse. Go figure, matching the paper was not an option. So she will be coloring all of the remaining mice to make her Thanks Yous a little more personal *wink, wink* (yes I am a bit tired of the mice now).
CTMH watermelon and sweet leaf cardstock. (I had reams of this paper, and I still have a lot left). Marvy Mega and Giga scallop circle punches. Plaid designer paper was from a stack purchased at least 2 years ago. Crayola Crayons. SU’s Amazing to Zany set for the Thanks Friend punched out and layered with the SU Oval punches. The SU photo corner punch and cheap ribbon form the 40 cent ribbon bin at AC Moore finish off these cute cards! Yup, just 40 cents for 6 yards of that cute hot pink ribbon! Its all gone now to make room for some new!
Goodness these are adorable!!!
