Thanksgiving Blessings

Pre-cut note cards, felt leaves that were stickers, rhinestone gems = a really cute Thanksgiving card.  I added a little gel pen to the leaves to give them some texture.

I wish all of you a very blessed Thanksgiving holiday!

Sweet Packaging

My daughter went to a birthday party the day after Halloween.  This was how I wrapped the Present.  The orange bag is a popcorn style box that my friend Shauna sent me. (Thanks!)  Not sure I remember where she got it- but its really cute!  I took some ghostly greeting paper and some old olive ribbon- and this is what I created.  the gems are stickers- and that was my daughters addition to the design.  What was inside?  a Pink Pony Webkinz

Stamps:  Eat Drink & Be Happy

Paper:  ghostly greetings, old olive, basic grey

Ink:  Black, only orange

Accessories:  a popcorn style box, ribbon, gems, small star, large oval, & wide oval punches, brads

Answers to some Christmas Tree questions…..

for the Tree, there are no measurements.  take a look at the bottom edge of each layer.  I punched (from scraps) 7 scallops, then six, then 5 and so on.  I then hand cut the triangles so the edges would hide behind the layer above it.  start at the bottom and work your way up.    Its so simple!

Thanks to everyone who left such sweet comments!

BOO for Square Scallop Bats

I cased the bat from HERE.  I used the Stampin’ Up! new square scallop punch to make the bat. All you need to do is fold the punched square in half, snip in with your scissors at an angle to create the head/ ears and fold it back.  Add eyes with the gel pen.

What do you think?????
