Sadly, I am in need of Sympathy cards. Today’s card shares are using the Sketch Tulip Bouquet from Simon Says Stamp.
So simple, so beautiful. Even though it looks black, I used all shades of gray for the inks on the first card below.

Tulips are one of my favorite flowers (and daffodils). Probably because they are the first signs of spring here in PA. For colors, I went with yellows and oranges. The background on the above card is the tulips stamped in FSJ Tin Pail ink and mounted on FSJ Tin Pail cardstock. Absolutely love this color as an alternative neutral to white.

The beautiful sentiment is from the All Occasions Sentiment SET 1 from The Stamp Simply ribbon store. The Moda Scrap paper was part of last months card kit from Simon Says stamp. You can get the paper by itself, I added the link below.

As can be seen, a touch of Nuvo Drops and a few matching candy drops complete the cards. Below you will find the copics I used for coloring. (ciao is Y06)

Finally, be sure to check out my pink no layer Sketch Tulip Bouquet card here.
