As you know I LOVE Black foil. It looks amazing on Kraft cardstock! And I have another design to share: A simple, masculine Thanks:
For both cards I used black foil, the glimmer hot foil machine and white, black, and Oatmeal cookie (Kraft) cardstock. The gold foil cardstock is from the card kit.

Simply put they are sophisticated and elegant. I always have loved black and white and the touch of gold enriches the whole design. I agree with your statement about the black foil; which has won me over after seeing how the designers have used this a a key element. Love your choices!

Wow!! I love that you went in a different direction from some of the other hoppers by going with neutrals. Love the look in black foil, and the more subdued palette that would also be suitable for guys.
