Fabulous Holiday gift packaging is a fun part of the holidays. Even with all the crazies of the season, adding handmade touches to gifts for friends and family is a must.
These tags are quick and beautiful! and of course use my favorite tree set “O Christmas Tree” from Stamp Simply.
I can not believe that I do not have a larger tag die in all of my stamping stash. That means it’s time to create a rectangle one! The kraft cardstock layer is cut to 3″ x 5-1/2″ and the colored cardstock is 2-3/4″ x 5-1/4″. The tree is stamped, and die cut, in coordinating ink to match the colored cardstock.
Heat embossing with white embossing powder for the sentiment. And to complete the “tag” look, with out a tag die, a 1-1/4″ circle die cut on the top. Just fold it in half and punch with any hole punch- mine is about 1/4″.
The snow is Nuvo drops in white. (a favorite of mine this season) The back of the tags are blank… ready for the the recipients name! oh and that silk ribbon is DIVINE!!!! (cut ribbon to 18″)
