Happy Monday Stamping Friends! Today I am sharing two cards for the Freshly Made Sketches challenge this week. You can see the details of the sketch here.
I started with my current fav, the bears! After all, I still have a few sitting on my desk from the coloring challenge last month. So stinking cute.
As a matter of fact, this whole card is made from pieces lying on my stamping desk. In addition to the bears, the card base, the splattered background, the stripes and the sentiment were all pieces from other projects. I save a lot of little things. Do you? The post with the coloring details of the bears can be found here. Check out more bear cards here and here.
Next up is the Latte Love card. This one I designed specifically for the sketch.
Do you just love that plaid embossing folder? It’s new from Spellbinders FSJ. I love plaid so I had to have it! This Latte Love set is from Essentials by Ellen. The cups and coffee are colored with Copic markers and the latte swirls is stamped with Buttercream FSJ fusion ink. This ink is absolutely perfect for the foam. The sentiment is heat embossed with white powder. Clean and simple, just like the sketch! Check out another Latte love card here on my instagram.
Finally, the Sketch:
I do not have a lot of Essentials by Ellen Hutson stamps, but I have to admit they are super nice. They come in a sturdy storage pouch and the clear flap that covers the stamps is attached. Excellent packaging!
